In order to start any club, you need to complete a Club Charter and establish who your Advisor will be. The clubs must have at least 3 members, with an Advisor who is a Live Oak staff member.
Once your club has been approved, and you are ready to conduct meetings you will need to establish a meeting schedule and take meeting Minutes (attendance and notes) to be shared with the ASB Director (Talicia Walker-Kelly, walkerta@mhusd.org) and ASB Bookkeeper.
