Students currently attending Live Oak High School can request transcripts free of charge via email to the School Registrar, Becky Perez at perezb@mhusd.org Or in person

Former students prior to the current school year are charged a fee of $5.00. Please make payment first for your official transcript(s) through our ASB Store and upload your receipt when prompted on the request form and email the School Registrar at perezb@mhusd.org to notify her of your transcript request

Please allow 3-5 business days for your transcript(s) request to be processed by the Registrar’s office.

Former students needing a transcript and all Education verifications of students that attended prior to 2014, please do not use this store link, instead please send your requests to the Morgan Hill Unified School District Maria Mendoza, Administrative Office Assistant at (408) 201-6023 or mendozama@mhusd.org
